Singers

Rishan is a pop-soul singing duo consisting of two lovely talented ladies, Rissa and Suenitra from Barbados and St. Lucia.

 

The group has been together for 6 years. They first met through mutual acquaintances in the year 2014 and decided to form a group then.

 

Rishan’s debut performance graced the stage of Blakey’s Bar and restaurant. For more practice and exposure, Rishan then moved on to singing at the Hilton’s Open Mic Sessions which became their avenue to becoming better artists. Within the six years, this duo has been together, they’ve accomplished so many things they once thought would have been impossible, such as; acquiring multiple gigs throughout the West Coast, gaining the opportunity to travel and perform internationally, and writing and recording their own music. The band is currently the brand ambassador for Cafe Bar Carizma and you would normally get to hear them singing there on Tuesdays between 7 pm and 9:30. So far the duo has released two songs on all platforms “Naked” and “I Love You, but…” with the help of their producer Rob Wells who hails from Canada.
